The purpose of LCAA is to: Improve the rental real estate industry, and provide for an exchange of information and experience. Aid in the enforcement and enactment of beneficial legislation. Disseminate useful information to all members and inspire them to further educate themselves.
Monthly Meetings
The Association meets the fourth Thursday of each month, except November and December. (November’s meeting is the third Thursday, and there is no meeting in December.)

Dinner starts at 6:00 P.M., and the meeting at 7:00 P.M. At the Licking Metropolitan High Rise. Guests and prospective member are welcome (2-meeting maximum).
Membership
Rental property owners may join. Under 10 units – $90. 11-35 units – $120. 36 or more units – $180. Rental Application and Lease furnished to new members.
Associate Membership – For businesses and/or individuals not owning rental property or representing a rental-property owner. Great opportunity to network with members!! $75
